  Maybe I am misinterpreting the chatter on the Russian sites but to use an American saying it sounds like 'Melnichenko' just served up something fierce. One guy stated that he patented a device in Russia that uses 'standing' waves (Tesla's favorite) to harness free energy.

  It was also stated that Tariel was trying to get a meeting with Melnichenko prior to this. Perhaps the translation is incorrect can anyone verify?
