Richard has a vision.

With all due respect I am skeptical to say the least.  I looked at his site and called Richard  to get more info. I offered to  pick up unit in person and pay it on the spot upon inspection. I was turned down flat. I was told to wire the money and wait for delivery. Apparently no visits are allowed. I am interested and If this is case indeed and unit performs as advertised we are wasting our time here. All one needs to rotate charged battery and  you got unlimited power. I am not far from the factory and shipping it is ludicrous. In my book it is bad business to buy the cat in the bag andway it look now that is all I see. To be fair my offer stands anytime he changes his mind.
