Since this was a useless post which I am sorry for, I think it can be rendered somewhat useful.

Well I have this craftsman drill kit and had managed to accumulate 5 batteries for it that just slide in. Now four of them where no longer any good and when put on the battery charger a yellow light would go on to say the battery was shot. I kept them all this time anyways.

Then yesterday I searched on youtube for NiCad battery fixing and found this video in particular which was very well made.

Anyways I tried it on my batteries. The first time around I did it too fast and the charger still did not like the batteries. Since mine are 16.8 vdc I did it for much longer, a good one minute of pulsing and holding the power via my DC power supply set at 32 volts, maximum amps.

To my great pleasure all the batteries were now good to charge. All have now been charged and all work just fine.

I've been pushing deeper into the theory that if accel/decel has the capacity to pump quantum energy, then the spark gap is the key source of FE, and that it is important to understand what form of FE the spark will provide. I am surprised to find relatively little on the measured EM spectrum of a spark discharge. Given that the energy is clearly broadband, it is critical to understand where the energy tends to be distributed in the band. I would've thought that to be a pretty common thing to study. Not so much.

I did get one interesting hit from proceedings of 1987 symposium on ESD and electrical overstress. They did delve a bit into spectrum, which apparently stretches well into the GHz range for the energy levels used in ESD testing (very small). Of particular interest was a conclusion reached in one of the papers. Specifically: "The power of ESD is not proportional to the quantity of energy, but to the acceleration component of the electromagnetic energy which passes through a unit area." Which is another way of describing Tesla's billion watts for a billionth of a second vs 1 watt for 1 sec. Both are 1 joule. In the paper, they suggest that the best measurement of ESD power is 'WARP', which is V * di/dt * A, and state that ESD power is proportional to WARP, not Joules. I'm sure Tesla would approve.

It was also interesting that they equated spectrum bandwidth to WARP, which I guess makes sense. Very square sides on the square wave creates a wider band. While a spark discharge is certainly not a square wave, it does logically follow that the faster and shorter the discharge the higher the frequency involved.

No conclusions yet, but it sure seems that the answer lay in using a spark to produce broadband energy, and then gather energy over the full band and channel it into a narrow band. As complicated as that sounds, it might be accomplished by a small handful of properly designed coils.

I figured out that the coil is flux compression generator and that explains why so many spooks are working this. Forest Gump offers me a booger for my effort and then he beams with pride over the fact that he figured out how to use a battery charger. There is some obvious proof he works for the government right there.

As for the quartard comment mags, I figured it out on my own. I didn't have some tax payer funded education telling what everything is or does or what it can be used for. When you cross the line between observing and hindering my legitimate learning desires, this web site becomes anti-free energy and anti-public. The fact that it is allowed to continue for years should be your first clue this web site is the big lie.

There is nothing classified about project birdseed since you can find all the documents you want online and from the Russians too. I'm sure they will try to find a way to make flux compression generators illegal since the government works for Wall Street and the Bank of Rothschild. Fascists!
