Yes it is electrostatic in some point, more important is factor where it turns in magnetic waves on "power coil" these waves or field are not usual magnetic waves, but they are closer to magnetic field what are around on earth.

i can go deeply on this from esoteric if you like... because there are some thing who keep this all going

Hmm..  Been thinking about this. In a basic solenoid powered by A.C. the magnetic field alternates 180 Deg. An electric field is 'offset' 90 Deg. from a magnetic field.

What would happen if your typical 'North' / 'South' side of a coil was replaced by the 'electric field' (+ / -), then the 'Magnetic' field was violently flipped 90 Deg.?

We know that high voltage can render the gas we breath conductive (spark gap). This gas could be snapped back to its insulating properties with ease and no additional power applied. So a spark gap would be necessary for this process to work.

On a different note. We know that TK has 2 generations of devices. The first generation is the hydraulic driven generator head. I have convinced myself that this is based on Tesla's turbine. So Tesla turbine spins hydraulic pump. Shaft on pump, with the correct pulley ratio, spins generator head.

Given today's better efficiency's in electric motors this may be a better build for me with my skill set.
