The circuit released from umbrella tech is probably correct i can see it fits the criteria but like Romero's Muller even a full disclosure doesn't mean anyone can replicate it as unless you understand the tuning parameters then it means nothing. Kapanadze is quite a simple circuit but the construction and tuning is critical.

Look how difficult it has been for me to get some people to wire all the coils out of phase in the muller and use  series tuning caps. They argued and fought it couldn't possibly work but now some are making progress and have LUG FREE generators getting faster under a load or short circuit!  Anyway what can i do?  Nothing just sit and watch the paint dry cos without access to money nothing happens and it wouldn't take a lot to build kapanadze a few hundred dollars will give a good crack at it.

Bolt, I have been experimenting away with this for over a year, to no avail. I had some new ideas some time ago. I decided to wait till the BIG REVEAL before going in a new direction as funds are non existent. I have been winding away all day

people buy into bullshit easily, these people who post "working devices and yap yap in these sites" can easily be people who are working for the government,  or they just want attention. Look, this game is all about people who are interrested in free energy they  buy into this stuff spends all of his money on it and be peniless,then he finds out that its not working he gets very listless and will not try out any more of these because he gets tired. this is a good tactic by the gov, they send people to sites to post fake devices so people  NEVER EVER EXPERIMENT with THEIR OWN IDEAS because they automatically think that their idea will be a failure...
