Excellent!  I also noticed where he said it needs a good earth ground...this sounds familiar.
Do we know if his device really works or not?

This is identically to the Information that Delamorto gave in another Forum.
Lambda/4 for L1 . If I understood it correctly :
L1 oscillates always with a standing wave Lambda/4 , thereby the frequency determined by the length of the coil L1. This frequency with the inductance of L1 is given, now you can calculate the capacity of C for resonance.

What I did not understand is L2 : it is separated into 2 parts .
<The L-1 coils length is 1/4 of L-2>
So L2 length is Lambda , one part of L2 or both parts together?

There is a capacitor on the upper part of L2 : what for ?
Both Parts of L2 are opposite wound, we do see it often here, we see it
in vladimir utkins papers , but why?

Can you explain the lower left schematic with lights attached ? How can it change generator current reaching lights ?

The hand drawn schematic is a classic Don Smith circuit.

I've seen it in many places.
