It is a working collector of energy, and it also has a lot of similarities to John Hutchison's crystal  Battery. 
This is an awesome piece of work I think everyone should take a good look at.

Did you build a Kapagen per Naudin specs and prove it was not real?

I built one.
I used good meters from over 50 feet away so the high freq didn't interfere with my readings.
I got very good results.

In my opinion I believe the Kapagen converted MAINS (120v/60hz) into high voltage, high frequency electricity which can easily light many regular light bulbs.  I don't believe there was any OU, just a conversion of electricity from 1 type to another more efficient type for a specific purpose. In this case lighting bulbs.

The more work I do in this field the more I believe there are better types (forms) of electricity for different purposes.  More than just DC vs AC.

I converted 707 watts of MAINS into 1800 Watts of light with my Kapagen.  It was obvious to me high freq, high voltage is better for lighting bulbs; regular and fluorescent.
