Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

SR (Cosmo) system is real, its a type of Ferroresonance.  HV excitation of the ferrite core causes saturation of the core into enhanced domain spin  which causes an electrostatic effect in the surrounding ambient.  This causes standing waves. The increase kinetic energy potential of the ambient electron energy which manifest as a powerful magnetic flux without hardly any input energy required. Typically COP >100.  In order to balance the phase the dipole needs to be balanced and modulated so that the o/p coil appears to be moving with respect to the magnetic flux then impinges a current on the o/p coil. There is no resonance as you know it to be its more excitation and its not parametric.  The load is pulled off the opposite side of the dipole as free energy while allowing the earth point to act as a pivot.  Here is a text book snip of the Ferroresonance phenomena.  Its VERY easy to get a large 3 phase transformer to go OU.

Ferroresonance or nonlinear resonance is a complex
electrical phenomenon, which may cause overvoltages and
overcurrents in an electrical power system thus endanger
the transmission plant, switchgear and the operational
personnel. Ferroresonant overvoltages on electrical power
systems were recognised and investigated as early as 1930s
[1]. It occurs when a nonlinear inductor is fed from a series
capacitor. The nonlinear inductor can be due to the
magnetic core of a wound type voltage transformer or it
may be due to the complex structure of a 3 or 5 limb three-
phase power transformer. The circuit capacitance can be
due to a number of elements, such as the circuit-to-circuit
capacitance or parallel lines, conductor to earth
capacitance, circuit breaker grading capacitance, busbar
capacitance, bushing capacitance, etc.

Ferroresonance should not be confused with linear
resonance that occurs when inductive and capacitive
reactances of a circuit are equal.

This last paragraph is so very important to understand this is where 99% of people go wrong. Can you spot the RomeroUK waveform? :)

thank you bolt.

any bets magnacoatster's scope shots look like number 3?

since you brought up the romerouk application, would you hazard to guess if a ground added could help with performance?

thanks again, especially if you could offer your insight on my last question.

we are not alone :)

There is a slow modulation to the entire scope trace.  Romero's trace also had this property.

Yes it's real, but work with small energy output. I thing max 400W.

Thank you bolt. I guess you may have a working system now but why keep the secret for yourself if so easy to make a one?
OK. Everything tends to clear why a "kicking" is so important (SM).
I just thinking about why ferrites are better than a normal FE core transformer. The so called "resonance" frequency determine the usable layer of the core material surface. Due to the magnetic skin effect in higher frequencies determine the working intersection of the core that will be smaller so the induced extra magnetic flux smaller also which affects the output. This is why uMetals are better in MEG.

Let me summarize the first steps experiment a ferromagnetic type OU device. Please correct me sy if I am wrong or complete me.

1.) Take a ferromagnetic core, higher permeability is better. Higher diameter is better (due to magnetic skin effect), so the rings are good cos the useful flux will appears at the surface of the core anyway.
2.) Make a coil1 around that, in full of length, this will be the excitation coil pulsated with HV DC pulses.
3.) Determine the required HV for core saturation by adjusting the SG (higher voltage spikes = more magnetic energy in coil1) . The frequency of sparks in SG will be the output frequency of the device?! With a small p.magnet or scope the saturation point can be easily determined.
4.) Make a modulation coil2 around a part of section of the core. This will modulate the "core" when the saturation happens. Apply a sinus? or someting waveform to the modulation coil ...
5.) Make an output coil3 (bi-tri-filar is better?) on the other part of section of the core. This will be the output coil, connect to a direct a load or if using diodes or graetz bridge a low frequency near sinus will be resulted after filtering without HF part which freq equals (+- the modulation freq) the SG spark freq.

Questions:
1.) Does a permanent magnet flux pre-tension applied to the core helps to achieve the saturation or kills the "effect"?
2.) What would be the 3rd phase? (above just a HV kicking + modulation used)

Anyway  as a RF engineer I say it is very same as a mixer in RF technology but it is not an electronic but magnetic mixing. Two frequencies applied to a nonlinear (core makes nonlinear by saturation) medium core (e.g. a diode in RF) and the resulting two of new output frequencies (f0+f1 and f0-f1) will be appear at the output. But the question of OU remains open, where is it come from?

Please read and correct my steps above.

3 phase OU is very simple. Pulse phase A and B with xenon strobe flash and collect o/p on phase B and C tuned to a cap will see hundreds and volts and dozens of amps as reactive from just a couple of joules strobe pulse.  Transformer goes ferroresonant as iron goes unstable core operates non linear. Problem is matching the excess power into a load. Usually requires multiplex dump cap switching within blank space period. This method artificially  creates  ferroresonance out in the street where third phase is unloaded and capacitive goes OU within certain bandpass parameters. Iron undergoes transformation and shifts isotope releasing massive amount of magnetic flux this flux creates current surges down the line and blows the shit out of things. Its a distant cousin of SR concept in basic RLC form.
