Re-telling you all now,  that big CRT or small one is a GREAT capacitor and it comes with a nice arc resistant HT lead wire from the flyback or voltage tripler.

If you go this CRT cap route suggest you include the groundings as well from the chassis.

I'd be interested, if stivep's team has actually done more power measurements or temperature measurements on the light bulb to solidify the findings of the experiments or maybe added further bulbs or improved the circuit somehow?

I would be interested too. Those guys seem they have mapped waveforms, spectrum, etc. A detailed mapping of the input and out put is also a must in order to have a reference of discusion and replication

i had a dream tonight, i thought back on my early experiment, and what i have just done when i could disconnect signal gen from hv transformer and hv transformer from my output coil, is because i have set same resonance frequency between the two

Think of a rope or string    --->     when you pull it on 1 end the other will respond the same way, when you make a sine wave with a rope, one end allways communicates with the other because they are attached.    the wave will dampen but it will have enough power in it to communicate back to where it came from, much like water waves....

So when you send ramp form of signals to flyback, the wave will dampen down as it communicates with output coil,  it communicates back and forth,   making Sine wave form.      and so when a pulse goes to one end of rope and it has enough power to come back, then you send second pulse and you make the first one stronger, They sort of like collide with eachother creating a big 1

I and everybody else would benifet the most from the words Adias said . Its hard to understand some words but what he describes is  exactly how it operates. Has anybody done a transcript?
