Another day with Aidas and Arunas.
14 hours...
I have made coil and  got myself to measurement.
finally we have now at the end of the day properly placed  camera so they can see scope images from all of the devices.Holding  laptop next to the screens and make sure that coil on test does not get dropped down raping all of the wires was not convenient.

Conclusion  not all of the ferrite are  working with  this device or different winding has to be used.
Aidas has broken one explosive fashion but  the other is still holding without any visible effect on the ferrite.
At the  end of the day we have got a lot of new experience but I was not able to tune 50Hz+/- whatever...
Another resonances I was able to achieve.
Concept is to connect to 50winds coil  one generator tune frequency to max of voltage at caduceus.
-than take 15winds coil and put on it 50Hz+/- than amplitude should rise  even more.
-than put the spark on  copper wind along half of the ferrite ring.
Even if you try one single  spark you  should see immediate amplification as the spark contains  spectrum of frequencies inside.

Yes I have got amplification but.... I tuned 15 winds coil( in my case 16)
to exactly the same frequency as the 50winds( in my case 51)
voltage have been around little less than 1KV

Frequency from generators 220KHz.
Note:
even if you give 10V from generator that has 50 Ohm impedance because of impedance mismatch( copper flat winding impedance of 2.7 Ohm) than you have loses .
So  High frequency volt meter (323 Ballantine) connected to generator that was producing 20V output show 2.4V effective voltage on the coil.
It there was impedance match than it would be no losses.
That is lesson nr 1.


I have ability to measure precisely impedance of each of the coils at desired frequency.

So another problem is what is the frequency...?
Anuras explained all of the process  before .
note:
in my particular situation I have been able to fallow the concept with no errors but when it comes to caduceus  later winded on another half of the ferrite than I have noticed that my previously  established frequencies has changed.
So I gave up on it and blindly tuned generator to get the highest voltage.

These are thoughts after today.

I see this as quite different from that info because  we are not using the earth/ground

Time and effort will tell us more as we travel this path with hands on  experiments

For instance ...what happens if we have several "source" resonations  at different frequencies?

i'd tune to the difference. but i'm kinda nutz.

I might be not right but...

Just went through some conventional quantum physics for explanation of effects we are getting and found similarity to http://www.ursi.org/Proceedings/ProcGA02/papers/p1907.pdf
One difference is, we use electricity with resonant frequencies and hammering with HV discharge for even bigger displacement after nuclear spin polarization.

Not exactly, we are going on own way with reinventing Nicola Tesla wheel. Obviously most principles match on what you see in TK devices.
