I understand this device as the result of the "brain storming" from some incredible and brilliant people. The normal behavior is to make money with the device even knowing, if the next year no humans will be alive in the Earth due global warming.
This is the message that I notice Wesley is trying to transmit to every people, the discover is more important than richness, veneration necessity etc...

I am not electric engeenier and nothing similar, just a person VERY VERY worry about what I am doing with my Planet each time I use the car, heat the house, use my PC... or in every single situation in a normal life that not means to distroy our environment. 

We must progress...  nothing in our lifes has sense if we are still distroying the Planet because we don't know how to live in. Every day I weak up I tell my self, "another day without sense" involved in a ridiculous way of life that ends in Earth destruction.

Even if I haven't the knowledges of most of the members here, If I haven't the intelectual capacity to understand many of the concepts here explained, I must try to follow you even if I make ridiculous questions.

If the divice works or not, If CalTech would tested it successful or not, if the Science have to introduce a new Thermodynamics Laws or not: I only would like to grateful the impulse and the hope you are making in mny of us arround the world.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I need to ask you two questions.

1) The variable capacitor. Is it possible to show what yours looks like because we are talking here to put it on the HV side and I am very confused about this component. Even concerned because if it is like the standard multi-plate and/or multi-gang variable capacitors, how will it handle the HV.

2) Between the two Yoke halves you put a paper spacer. Is there a special type paper I should use. Just jok'in man. We have to lighten things up here a little. lol

If it is a multi-plate air capacitor then it will be limited to approximately 3000 Volts.
This is assuming that the distance between the plates is 1mm.

Air breakdown (sparking) will occur above 3kV/mm and corona discharges will begin even below this breakdown voltage. See:

This is most likely why one of the inventors suggested removing every other plate of the air capacitor in order to increase the distance between the remaining plates.

The paper in the "paper gap" must be impregnated with oranometallic compounds of the element 115 or it will not undergo permeability modulation and hence will not produce pseudoscalar waves which are essential for the operation of the device

i have experimented, things are happening the exact way aidas, arunas, wesley say, no theories will make your device work!  DO IT and you will know!!!
everything has to be adjusted piece by piece, you will not suceed with a fixed thing.... 

trust it, the phenomenon is not explained in conventional science, and media will still try to supress it although it can be reached by anyone this time.
All physics books needs either adding more info or completely rewriting...
