I do not have the technical knowledge to discern what is what regarding these devices...and with that being said, together with Cosmo's words quoted above, it appears there are a number of replicators here who may require the 'direction' he stated that he could possibly supply. 

Cosmo, is this something you are willing to do for the replicators here if requested ?

Every time I look at this device I can't help but think of John Hutchison and his Hutchison Effect.
In one of his video's he mentioned using 2 regular radio signals from old marine transmitters and a scalar signal. 
By varying the frequencies he got those strange effects to take place. 
His main problem was keeping the signals from wandering off frequency. 
That is why the effect only lasted for a while, and he had trouble getting it back again. 

So I was wondering Wesley, how long have you been able to keep the unit working?
Is this one of the things you are working on too?  Does the unit wander off frequency and stop working? 
Reason I am asking this question; with 150 W out you should be able to step it down and use it to run itself. 
I figure the problem you have is getting an output that is steady enough to run the signal generators properly,
without fear of harming them.

They are selling a low cost flyback transformer at $1.99 each at this link....They LOOK like they can be separated from their diodes easily.  They also dropped their ultra perm sheets to $8.00 each now.   AND they have copper sheets if you need them to make your copper strips with.

These plate capacitors you speak of are of the air type and cannot withstand very high voltages because you will get sparks between the plates.
I have had flashes between the plates as low as 400 Volts.
This occasionally happens when there is some dust between the plates or when you are working with HF.

If there is any variable capacitor suitable for high voltage it has to be the vacuum capacitor type and those are quite expensive.

They take out every second plate to make them higher voltage able, I heard or saw these but it may have been on another forum on this subject.   DIY instructables have a DIY air tuning capacitor project and you can modify this design to hv by the proper spacing.
