The optimal was half height of yoke. With full height we still need to finish testing, it is not confirmed result.
Obviously FCG PCGU1000 has no protection on output and we accidentally burned it again. Now it needs to get repaired.

Did you power your device with:
1) One signal generator and a low power (9V 250mA) mains transformer,
2) Two signal generators (PCGU1000),
3) Something else altogether.

What was the power dissipation of the load when you tried the "optimal half height" copper strip ?


P.S.
Did you consider building a well protected buffer/amplifier for the output of your valuable PCGU1000 ?

good to have similar results, the cro/analyser is a DSO (Digital Storage Oscilloscope) from Owon, type PDS8202T (200Mhz).

The 2 potentiometers used were 100K and 5K (used in the video), but gave similar (none) results.
I will try to regulate the amplitudes of the both 15 and 50 turns coil, and redo the FG sweep test with sine wave.
Yes, seen the latest update, i keep that in mind for next experiments, however, wider thick copper strips pose a
problem on how to attach them flatly on the Y-shape yoke, perhaps copper tape/foil could do.
