Hello everyone,
especially SteveP. I am following you closely last several weeks. and according your instructions I am trying also to replicate your coil  and device. I am from Serbia part of ex Yugoslavia, from where Tesla was.
I do not know absolutely anything about electricity but I have few friends with more knowledge involved.

Here is also picture of my first coil, tomorrow we'll have ferrite and other parts hoping to have a light also. Thank everyone for such a generous explanations.

This talks about Tesla's  method to get more power from the same charged capacitor. He takes advantage of the explosiveness of the capacitors discharge rate when it is suddenly shorted through a primary winding. Lets just look at that area first. The tank circuit which forms the primary will ring when the spark gap fires. It will go both ways. The bucking primary acts like a spring loaded device. Shoot into one side and it rebounds and fires back across the spark gap and heads twords the other end of the primary. Since he winds two different directions into the primary it has a cushion that gets mirrored through induction of half of the primary. The resulting pulses are undamped because of the spark gaps ability to polarize into one direction on the fly.


All of this oscillations it creates are pure undamped pulses. These pulses then are fed into a channel (the core) and then a bifilar coil is wrapped upon the core to extract the undamped waves of both directions and orient them into one direction or polarity. A constant voltage will appear on the secondary and the value of the voltage present on that secondary is highly charged because he is converting current before the spark gap/condenser to supercharged voltage. Through induction he is converting and getting a boost because the pulsing is creating more resulting filed effects which the bifilar is used to collect both halves of the pulses. He found a fulcrum and is amplifying the source to way beyond what he has inputted. The whole unit needed an in and thats where antennas were used in the secondary of the circuit


With the use of better iron for the devices he is getting 2.5 times the output, in addition to the increase in the source from the pulsing unit, with the Bessemer Iron/soft steel.


All in all Tesla figured out that in the conversion of the heavy current to very light current and higher voltages preserved the energy because there was no current to burn. The transmission was complete and full with about 2-3% loss from the rest of the current. The thing about this process is that we can transmit without hertzian waves and use only voltage potentials to transmit a wave. In doing this we preserve the source and extend greatly the range of the devices if one chooses. In this process there is also a very unique result that amplifies the source when traveling through the medium. This is the law of induction with static laws added. Present a potential and it attracts potential. Give it a path and it will preserve it's period. Add bifilar coils to this path and it amplifies the results because you are now including the response of the environment in the collection. The way the bifilar works is like a potential pump. It increases it's value because it is attracted to the other side of the bifilar winds. This accelerates the period and gains value in that acceleration.

One could say he built a rail gun for pulses with self acceleration via bifilar coil as the secondary.

Lets think about this. When we pulse a coil it responds with high voltage pulse back. Tesla figured out how to mix that response back into the regular inductive conversion of current to voltage. This mixing of push then response actually multiplies the voltage in the output. Right now we can get about 98% efficiency out of a motor but that is only using half of the whole push response. Include both halves in the correct manner and you net 190% if not more. With the addition of using the Bessemer steel and you can see this process jump in efficiency and output by 500% or more. Those are highly conservative numbers.
