By the way, assuming this video to be genuine then it gives me the sensation that it does not operate on smooth resonance, rather than some kind of magnification of capacitative discharge over coils.
I think the lamps flicker a bit and according to spark-gap frequency.

My ear estimates a firing rate of 20-30 per sec.
In case this is 1uf 2KV micro oven capacitor and the spark-gap is fixed at 1000volts it equals 0.5 joule per discharge. The battery gives some 30watts input, so at least to me there is a correlation of numbers of break and primary input. (Forest i think you are wrong)

That's the whole problem, the replicators are nowhere to be found for a proper discussion and demonstration. It's always mostly salesmanship. As we saw from the Kapanadze video, not that I want to excuse the official scientists of Georgia, but he had been invited for a demonstration under controlled conditions which he admits he declined. These so-called replicators want it their way, bypassing the standard procedures of science that have been established in the course of centuries. If there is something to it and if these procedures were honored, I'm sure we would be living in a different world long ago.

In the field of OU there can hardly be anything new, therefore, "inventors" is a slight overstatement. The winner is the one who could demonstrate definitively, for the mainstream science to accept it, an OU device based on well-known principles.

Definetely you are right.

But in case the surpression holds well and past attempts to approach scientific community miserably failed, plus an all out market approach is out of the question, the most indicated solution is to spread the word in forums like this one, and in business to go small on your own.

The name of the replicator will be rembered in hounor among people.
