Stealing from the power lines is the same bullshit theory that came up last year. It is from people who are stuck in near field physics and don´t understand scalar waves.

Stefan´s observation that there is no ground in the replications is disproving that too.

Smith´s coils in the table device are totally different from Kapanadze´s coils in winding, orientation as well as wavelength dimension.

Nevertheless, ground or no ground, "stealing" from nearby power lines has to be excluded by enclosing it in a Faraday cage. Recall, that Australian motor fed by the local radio station didn't have ground either. Of course, @teofiliuss is doing a great job and maybe he'll help in clarifying that issue. Smith and Kapanadze are hopeless in that respect. Do you remember how Smith was avoiding the answer to whether or not the battery can be replaced by caps? Salesmanship is what's standing in the way of all OU efforts, not only in Smith's and Kapanadze's case.

It appears these were the concerns, summed up by @Access, that scientists in Georgia had for not offering support and Kapanadze has done nothing to dispel them. He should blame only himself for being ignored which also hurts him financially.
