I have found some information on that ominous word ПЭШЛО (Pelsho) in the coil specifications.
It is a name for enamelled wire in silk threads isolation.
Maybe that is of importance or better said does anyone think the usage of silk for the isolation is important?

I admit to being the one wanting to try the difference between silk and cotton in the Stubblefield effort.

In the research to determine what kind of cloth Stubblefield used, I was led to litz wire.

These days litz wire is enameled wire covered with something else, but at one time it was enameled wire covered with silk. I cannot site references. -- just my own memory.---

Tesla went into a lot of explanation describing how to keep the high frequency sparks from sparking between the turns of the coils, and spending their energy.

He describes the solution to be:
gutta percha (=latex rubber) coated wire
He also describes that it is best when it is wound under the surface of boiled-out oil, then not disturbed because the oil would probably dissolve the gutta, but if left in one place, it would remain useful for his purposes.

@ Bill, hey you are not alone with the electronics going over your head. I am out of depth there as well. My specialty is magnetic motors and hydrogen.

Sadly I believe we have another Mylow situation here. I sent the links to the youtube videos to a friend of mine (who has the electronic qualifications) who sent it to some other friends (yes a friend of a friend who we will call mr X)
Mr X pointed out several things in the video which gave a very plausable explanation of where the energy came from. I know seveal of you will dispute this...and good reason to. However it has raised enough doubt in my mind that I would want to see the device in a controlled enviroment.
The theory is they are harvesting EMF from power lines located nearby. I always remeber seeing an artist in England who use to place fluro tubes in the ground under power lines and they use to light up.

Shown above is a well-known trick in the whole territory of exUSSR. Power companies know about it and fight with every possible means. To make it work you only need about 10-15 meters of electric wire and some transformator to level it to 220 volts 6 amperes (household standard in this part  of the world).

Since all power-lines are AC (thanks to Nikola Tesla :-) ) any power line in the world can serve as a source of "free" electricity. Georgia (where this movie was taken) is not exeption to this rule.

Strangely enough, the inventor tries to keep his "invention" closer to the street, where the power lines are (see the movie #1)

Most part of the electric power wire runs parallel to the street (i.e. parallel to the street power line as the source of AC electro-magnetic field)



In general the picture is clear. The complicated transformators, capacitors etc. do not add much to the picture. Proper earthing is needed to ensure that excessive power will be dumped to the ground and nobody will get killed.

Deliberately or not, he just "re-invented" the well-known method of stealing electricity from industrial power lines without physical connection to the wires. From lawyers point of view, it is a footage of a crime and it is very unwise for this man to distribute and advertize his "invention".

Also in that part of his interview when he speaks Russian, he says that he is an  architect by his education and this invention is his amateur work. He complains that Georgian government just bury his invention. He also said that Minister of Energy of Georgia wanted him to repeat this experiment in the lab but he has no money to go there and he does not want it as it is clearly shown  that it works like everyone just saw.

Markdansie, thank you very much... Stealing energy from the power company and it's a crime, I love it! I can absolutely agree with you and Mr X, but, it being a crime is another thing. If you fart in my general direction and I smell it, am I stealing it from you?

What do we see on a film? In the beginning assiduously dig in the heat sink and water. Thus, they have organised grounding, superficial, not especially qualitative, but grounding. So this is it with structure of installation.
Further there is a following â€" installation is connected to qualitative grounding (a network of cold water supply), include. Lights up the lamps then disconnects car battery, and loading continues to power the device in an independent mode. Contužinous work of installation is not very long, possibly, the inverter works under maximum or overloaded mode.
