I had another look at the Russian video,
but you can definately see, that the bulb is connected to this
pickup metallic plate standing right to the second coil.

It seems to be just a capacitive transformer as Harald Chmela has already shown
in his pages over here, when he studied the Testatika machines:

So the Russian girlfriend either mixed something up
or the narrator did make a false statement on the video as you can clearly see, that
the cable going to the bulb is soldered to the metallic plate in the video.

looks nice.

The real challenge is to design the ONE WIRE 50 Hz sync and
resonance circuit fed by the ground line which will
be pulsed from a high voltage pulse circuit for excitation.

Maybe Kapanadze is doing it this way, that he always tries to
have his circuit 180 out of phase with the ground induced 50 Hz
frequency, so that he always has a maximum potential difference voltage between
the ground connection and his trigger circuit connection,
so always a big current can flow.

Thanks. Yes that is the next step. First I need to design a stable high voltage
source. The next logical step will be building the rest of the circuit. I have to
learn to build this coil first. I think it is important to take it slow.
