The real challenge is all the unknown factors of the inventors circuit. Even if
you know the winding ratio of an transformer there is still unknowns, for example,
the type and size of the core used.

Tesla coils looks simple enough but there is many design features that must be right for the coil to work. The input tank (L*C) and spark gap must be adjusted so that the output coil will resonate. It is also, as you say, a problem with load. If you load the coil too much the output coil will no longer resonate with the input coil circuit.

So to be able to get this working we also need a high voltage regulator. I posted one way to do that earlier in this thread. (untested circuit.)

The biggest challenge is to find out what is "inside" the inventors mind. How the circuit work and the theory behind it.

I thought that the video of the tesla coils in resonance was very interesting, and i was impressed to see the bulb light, but isnt this quite a common experiment?  isnt this very much the same thing?  Just basis tesla wireless transmission?  Are we assuming the free energy comes into play when we get the beast resonating with some earth currents.....be they power supply losses or otherwise?  What are the various opinions on this?

I'm wondering if this is my first step towards the kapanadze generator.  Do i need a receiver coil of the exact same dimensions as the emitter to get good resonance???  I've got a coil...i wanna get resonating with a second secondary...

Kapanadze and Donald Smith seem (and here i might be wrong) to have all their coils so close together. Looks nearly like an identical core even. I am sure they both have a reason to build it like that and not with individual coils/tubes.
I guess it needs to be experimented with until we find out what works best.
Maybe it is the usage of the same core that synchronizes two resonant circuits? (can be BS, just brainstorming)
