Mmm you can in fact because these systems rely on VARS where the volts and amps are generated out of phase. If volts and amps are out of phase then there is NO power at that point in time therefore there is no heating. 

Proof take a antenna say 4 watts input 27 meg CB aerial.  At the end of a dipole you can actually measure maybe 1000 volts. In the center you can measure incredible currents like 1000 amps. Why doesn't this burst in to flames? Simple the current and volts are real but they are out of phase as VAR volts amps reactive in resonance. For as long as we keep the voltage and current in different time domains then you can have incredible amount of power running through very thin coils.

By making a last moment conversion you can have REAL power where 1000 volts X 1000 amps = 1000000 watts. When you learn how to do this conversion then you have all the power you could ever need. Please don't tell me it cant be done because the Kapanadze device is doing this in the video.

In theory you seem to know a lot about this device, i have intensely studied this technology in the last week and i agree with you in every point on the function of the device, why not to get active and
let´s replicate this thing?
Have you yourself already built anything in that direction maybe?

I don't have the money or equipment to do this. Some years ago i did have a good lab setup and made several Tesla coils etc  and found really interesting results. Now over the years i learn SO much more researching but completely  unable to do  anything about it.

Its a complete and utter waste of time to even bother without scopes, meters, grid dip oscillators, signal generators to UHF and beyond, frequency counters etc as this work is ALL RF resonance based systems. Its the key to dozens of devices that use "radiant energy" is RF in transformation energy of magnetic flux. There are several energy sources but RE probably is the easiest.

As i explained just a couple of post back "Power is proportional down the square of stress."  This is where huge power comes from the ambient in these systems. Its all just requoted above and explains how hundreds of kilowatts can be taken from what appear to be a very inferior coil or indeed wiring to handle such power. In conventional circuits you would require an inch thick cable.

TPU? oh yes everything in this domain is related. The TPU is simply a VHF version of the ground ELF differential resonance transformer. The TPU is an air differential magnetic transformer.

I´ll try to contact Viktor Grieg to obtain the original russian version of the document for a better translation, these translation machines sometimes kill the context too much and many words are slang, so the translation machine doesn´t know their meaning.
