Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi Madsatbg,

Ok, thanks for your kindness. Now the text next to video is like this:

Experiment No 1 on re-engineering Tariel Kapanadze's free energy generator. An interesting moment will be to excite an electromagnetic circuit by an intense spark several times in the beginning.

As i said, what he ment is that it is interesting that the strenght  of the second spark gap(spark) is much more powerfull (several times)than the spark in the first spark gap - the one on the transformer.

As I noted in an earlier post, that second spark looked pretty good to me.

I have always heard that the distance a spark will jump is controlled by the voltage but the thickness of the spark means power. (amps.)  Is this correct?  If so, that looked like the power was stepped up as well as the volts.
