...Also, as far as I know, the Turkish firm he has worked with to build his 100kW system has severed the ties after he asked for 500,000 euros to disclose details in the patent the Turkish firm has been filing for him as a co-author. No wonder he can't find investors and the government isn't forthcoming.

He acts just like my last business associate who also wanted the money up front before being forthcoming with information.  No one should be willing to risk a fortune "sight unseen".  That's why this site is so informative.  We can all learn something.
