No , it is a ferrite rod from an AM radio !

So ferrite rods help the output power !

So we know now, that the Kapanadze circuits could be scaled up
by using ferrite rods inside the coil-transformer.

It is easier to use a good quality soft iron for TUNING a coil than making more turns, probably the point in using the ferrite rod was to reach quickly a given self inductance.

CAn ayone tell me what microampermeter measure here VOTAGE or curret WAVE . is it affected by magnetic or by electric component of wave ?
I presume electric but am I right ?
