I think we FIRST before we start any experiemnts here have to make variable oil capacitor , similar to radio tuning capacitor but bigger and in oil for example 0,1nF-2nF  so we can tune all ragne of frequencies..

EVEN since Lindeman experiemnts with Tesla coils he says we have two kind of resonacne there , Classic hertzian which Q facor is VERY WIDE(I mean low) and frequency range is wide and Tesla wave resonance which require PERFECT tuning Q facotor is very high.. In his video Lindeman  shows that ragne is ONLY FEQ hz in about 300 000 khz   for example 300256hz...

Kapanadze uses probably detection electronics for detection of resonance ... we can use tuning capacitors..

I guess those folks are first trying to achieve self-sustaining regime of the device so that they can make a product and sell it. Therefore, I don't think we should press them and have them describe every step of their exploration.

Of course, having a self-sustaining device is the ultimate in proving OU, especially if it's a pure gravity machine. In this case, with the electrical circuits, opponents of OU will always have the option to object that energy from the surrounding sources (power lines, radio stations etc.) is being stolen, if only self-sustaining is the property demonstrated. More is needed to be shown with the electrical devices to prove it's really OU.

One detrimental aspect of those electrical type OU devices is that they are open to all kinds of unlikely interpretations for the nature of OU such as energy from the vacuum, zero point energy and the discussions are swayed into these non-productive alleys. That's the theoretical drawback from pursuing that type (electrical) of OU machines.

Since more is needed, even if an electrical device is self-sustaining, to accept it is an OU device, those careful electrical measurements mentioned can be done even before achievig it to be self-sustaining. If one cares for the scientific side of the issue and isn't just aimimg at making a product to sell, one should go to great lengths in providing data from sophisticated measurements of basic parameters, especially regarding the input and the output energy, prior to putting efforts to construct a self-sustaining device (not only show qualitative results of lamps shining brighter on the output side). Alas, regretfully, that's not the case. We're overwhelmed with more or less propaganda materials rather than with data from careful studies which, I guess, is mostly due to lack of proper instrumentation (too expensive). The only example of proper studies proving OU that I can think of right now is that of Steorn. Wish something can change and other parties can carry out such high quality experiments. Unfortunately, Steorn is a business company and that prevents them from disseminating their results in a proper scientific way. There's always some obstacle and that's why resolving the question for the reality of continuous production of excess energy is dragging on for years if not decades.

He he thats the TOP TOP of stupidity haha for example 5kW free energy unit uses energy from radiostations looool 

YES light bulbs are NICE prove.. if they heat and burn to full intesity for example imput 24W and output all those bulbs 500W
Also you can measure time needed for battery to be deepleted... you dont need fancy exuipment: 7Ah battery can NEVER give 7A for longer than hour ...

Did something change here? the guy provided a few schematics of what he did, the design is simple and easy to replicate, the only major part is the HV section which could be a microwave oven supply, NST or a car ignition coil.

Build it, see for yourselves, try it as shown first then modify how do you know how it works? We are not talking hundreds of $$ here perhaps $50 or less, some of us may have the parts sitting on a shelf.

Lets not bash the guy and say sh*t without testing first.
