So do you guys think a MOT feeds itself with a signal or could it possibly mean that the grey cable feeds the input signal into the MOT from the VT-3
It is clearly connected to a mains box in his first video.
Where is the problem with that?

Maybe he will be able to close the loop in a future video.

And Naudin never claimed OU with this.
But constantly people project the term "OU" on his devices, but that´s not his fault.
His documentation will probably reveal if there is any gain or not.

Naudin´s device has only the input side and the fact that he merely uses an additional ground (which Kapanadze and SR do not have) in common with Alexander Frolov´s schematic.
The difference in Naudin´s set-up is that his LOAD (нагрузка)  is IN SERIES with the earth grounds and the secondary which is in keeping with how Kapanadze has connected his LOAD only that he uses one ground.
SR (and maybe also Kapanadze) also creates a sine wave LV signal with a transistor pair and Naudin´s seems to make use only of the HV part.

Kapanadze does have two grounds. It's in the video linked on Naudin's page. They burrow a metal device with a cable and use another cable on a copper water tap in the ground.

This is my impression how the wiring of the Naudin's device could be. The dangling yellow wire at the coils left end is still a mystery.

Well, if Naudin wants to be honest he should replace big power supply with a car battery and a 300W inverter, showing there is no external power source except battery.Case closed.
If you want output oscillatory transformer watch carefully Don Smith lecture video.All information is there (about output transformer only).
Basically it is a air core transformer with ground connection pulling electrons from ground and returning them back at choosen frequency.Between transformer secondary and ground there is a load.You see at the laod choosen frequency (if it's too low light will visibly blink).I can only speculate about how it works - my theory is that radiant energy from primary create strong pulsating positive electric field in space of secondary ,which pull electrons from ground.
