Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Nice work Laurent!

Looking forward to your tests.

If your ground is too dry just add water around the ground rods.

Regards, Mike R.

Sorry for the mistake, the total is 7.5 mm, sometimes is called speaker wire or lamp wire.
Anyone has trouble connecting here? I get connected ok from any pc then if I log in then after few minutes the access to the site is locked, actually DNS is not resolving it.If I change the external IP then I can connect again and if I stay like a guest I can browse here unlimited.This time I have been on few minutes... still works.It is the same from home also the same when I login from work, different pc's different provider. Any other website if OK.The other day I had trouble connecting to peswiki.com but I think that day they had a problem there.Maybe one of the admins here has set a ban for me???

No I'm sure the owner of this board (hartiberlin) is very happy you are here and I really doubt any other admins would do that.  More likely a glitch in the network or I suppose if some of the PTB types that hang around here were thinking you are finding something too important they might try messing with you.  But I really doubt that too at this time.  Most likely just a hickup in Cyberspace   :)

@Bolt: Many thanks for the answer.
I will just experiment with it and see what happens. In the long run, the perspective to simply drag the amps out of the air is most pleasing of course. For now the earth grounds will have to do.

Preva, I'm not sure where you are seeing ferrite rings in woopy's pics.  I only see windings on top of some other windings.  However based on all the other replications I've seen in pics it does seem ferrite is often used and I have read that it is a good idea which will give more power.

Hi romero many thanks for advice .

to be sure that i understand you right i made the 3 test proposal. The first as inthe photo = no cap at all. than try to connect a MO cap (1 microF 2100 volts ) as discribed in test 2, and than try other HV cap how much voltage and where can i find them .?

What is good when i make these drawings is that i noticed that i have made a mistake in my circuitery. No it is corrected as pix 2.

@broli

no ferrite only a pipe of PVC 50 mm

@bolt

hehe i have to wait because strong raining in moment, But in fact i am shaking in my trousers

@preva

what you see in the pipe is not a ferrite , it is a caoutchouc ring to hold the center wire in the center of the pvc pipe. Sorry for confusing

@vrand

my ground is very good. and with all this rain no problem.

@all

thanks

and now installation of the lamps

good luck

Laurent
