Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Friends,

I have found something extremally invaluable !
Read it here : http://www.capturedlightning.org/hot-streamer/TeslaCoils/Misc/PracticalMagnifierConstructionPrinciples.pdf

I think someone with EE experience should explain us many topics here for example about impedance to ground.

"The Driver System
The driver is composed of the primary and secondary coils. This is not a
resonant system! This is not a Tesla coil. This is a low impedance, tightly
coupled, oscillation transformer, fully obeying simple transformer action
whose output frequency is determined by the primary tune and secondary
frequency splitting. Nothing is resonating here as quarter of half wave line!
Since the output voltage of the secondary is determined by the simple turns
ratio and coupling factor, we want the highest input voltage to the primary as
possible. The critical requirement of this driver is that it has the lowest
possible impedance with reference to ground. Having said this, it can be seen
that two critical requirements must be met.
The first is the very finest ground connection must be secured! The casual
coiler cannot begin to appreciate this statement. Tesla once said that the bulk
of the expense for the Wardenclyffe tower was in the incredibly deep and
labor intensive grounding system he required in order "to secure a firm grip
upon the earth".
The second important part of the foregoing involves using wire with a large
surface area for the secondary winding. This reduces the internal RF losses
of the secondary and further lowers the output impedance."

This is an answer to the reference, to the post by "forest" and below is his quote!

Attached is a link to part 3 of part 6 Eric Dollard YouTube video that he explains why you have to use flat ribbon copper as a grounding connection, set 2:50 minutes in to that video.

"forest" has said the ground is the critical system of the KapaGen device and he is Soo. right...

I had to select an area that had to have very good conductance and low impedance in my back yard, I did spend some time looking for the right spot, and I did Not want to use a cold water pipe as Tariel did in his video, the cable that I used was gauge "0" welding multi-stand silver coated.

My grounds consisted of two 8 foot long copper coated steel rods, pounded in to the ground under a maple tree, the other rod was 32 feet away from the first one in a flower bed this ground rod went in much better as the ground was much wetter, the rods where attached to the ground rod with clamps made of copper/brass to the heavy cable. I measured a small voltage between the rods, about one half volt DC, with isolated terminals from the KapaGen generator, I did not expect to see that. I did not want to have the line voltage return through the cold water pipe that is why I decided to use to Earth grounds. Anyway back to Mr. Dollard video I am following his suggestions because he allot of experience in the Tesla field as an Experimenter now for the last 30 years...

My next ground "wires" will be a copper ribbons, I will measure the Ohm value of the ground rods tomorrow.
Since all this is a dynamic system, many things are subject to testing and modifications and not set in stone!!

New kapagen rep video.  12V battery powering a 25Kv power supply.  I reckon its A less than 6 W from the battery

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mR3rge0F8VA

A special A to JuJu for giving me a hand with getting music on my youtube vid.....and thanks to all the rest of you who've helped me get this working.

Still no success with filament lamps sadly....but give me time, and im sure we'll have a 40W bulb going soon.

PS Lamps dont work if i dont use the kapagen coil.  I did one quick test without.

Anyway, i gave some thought and found out an easy solution for measuring input current using analogue means. The below diagram is self explained.
Just use a strong FWBR as KBPC3510, (35A, 1000V) and apply the analogue meter accordingly. The you have a VERY good indication of what is going IN.

Please all experimenters consider it. (I will do it as my time will come!)

This is a great idea! Especially as analog AC ammeters aren't so easy to find...
