Well you are very positive and optimistic.
For me this step was useless and I still ask me how (or why) JLN, who has intellectual capacity, knowledge and test equipment, missed this big hole in his measurement process and made a premature announcement.
Let that be a lesson and let's turn the page.

I looked at your electric diagram. The output circuit is closed with two ground connections. The inductance of the tank circuit with the "20 mkF" capacitor is coupled to a coil powering the load. It is the same as the kapagen except that the load get current not directly but through a transformer. So I don't think it is an interesting way.

If we want to move forward Kapanadze's device, we must keep only one ground connection and prove that this ground connection has a real effect on the functioning.
Even though there was not OU, such an effect would be revolutionary because from a conventional viewpoint, currents and voltages in a closed circuit doesn't depend on the potential relative to the earth (presuming there is no experimental error such a current leakage from the mains to the earth through the system).

May be we could connect the ground through a big inductance and obtain a open LC circuit, C being the earth capacity. Due to the earth resistance, only a small portion of ground around the connection could act as a charges reservoir. Thus I suppose C is weak and either we have to use a very big inductance or to add another capacity in parallel with the inductance to tune the circuit. We also must keep in mind that such a system will surely couple to the mains through the MOT parasitic capacities. Great precautions should be taken to avoid experimental artifacts. I will try when time permits.

Sure. For example he is the only one to have seen OU in the MEG. Hundreds of people tried to duplicate it in vain. Even Bearden did not build successfully what he theorized!

You are right. Nevertheless please note that we are in a thread entitled "Selfrunning Free Energy devices up to 5 KW from Tariel Kapanadze" and most of people speak about kapagen of JLN (me too, I confess). So it is not a simple question of to follow or not. Even if you don't want to follow, any subject that you are involved in, is more or less polluted and this is a real waste of time.
