No, in this device are not sparkgaps, this is Mechanic/hidraulic system little bit different setup than green Box and 100kv devices

i Talked with Tariel, so i know what i'm saying.
on all his life he build ower 200 devices and he have lot of experience.

Most closest systems and setups to device are MEG and Flynn device but MEG i think is the closest â€" this is if we speak about directions. but this information can be not correctly understand if we think in straight way...
yust take out MEG Core, make it on pipe, use bifilar electromagnet windings from Tesla and take look at tesla ionisation patent combine it together...
