I agree with some of these answers, but I do not think he has the real understanding.

Metal there is not used. Metal possesses inductance that raises losses on magnetisation.

So, SR says no metal.

SR also states that resonance of a tuned circuit is not used, and no beat frequency.

He mentions nanoseconds several times.  Might refer to the pulses.

in answer 1159 he mentions a compound of the EM field

A question a bit of topic, maybe not....

A while back a few people were showing "tesla coil" style coil setups using only one transistor, and a gate resistor to run, does anybody have this very simple schematic that they would be willing to send my way?

50Hz was not the output of the second coil.   In the patent he shows a device after the coil to create the frequency.  Perhaps this was an inverter.

Forget the patent that was a very early block schematic. In his translations and videos he clearly states 50Hz o/p and as i said he ran large induction motors from it. Also it would prove rather expensive to have an HF or DC o/p and then have to buy a 10kw inverter from ebay:)

It appears most if not all of TK's devices are 50 Hz AC output.

They all "hum" when operating, and at least one unit (the 100kW device) has 3-phase outputs. This unit also appears to be 50 Hz AC input.

Someone tell me it's not as simple as a 50 Hz step-up transformer creating the spark across the gap (voltage ratio depends on size of unit) which then feeds the special output transformer primary, which then gets stepped back down to 220V on it's secondary
