We have seen and read such stories so many times before but inventors of OU devices just don't want to learn. As soon as you sign with Mr. Money, he introduces you to Mr. Shut-Up, that introduces you to Mr. Shelve-It who then introduces you to Mr. Break-Your-Bones should you makes any of these Misters mad.

The answer is very simple. Since TK has nothing to lose, he should just tell these guys to F-off and just disclose his device publicly. What the hell are these guys going to do once it is made public. Sue him? For what? Since he apparently did not get any money for his signing, then as far as I am concerned the contract was never "consumed". Hmmmm sounds like a marriage all right. Since there is limited know-how on this, it will take double the time to work it out then to just start from scratch with your own ideas. I think from now on, anyone with a device that is not disclosed should just be considered a non-event. Ignore them for they crave the limelight but refuse to help the world. The only OU device that will see the light of day will be the one that is openly developed here or on other forums as OPEN SOURCE. Anything else will simply fall into the sickness of "I am God syndromes", "Gold digger friends syndromes", "Make me rich syndromes", and the like. Sorry but the mark of a great man is not what he knows, but what he does with his knowledge, and in these cases, all have thus far failed miserably because they are blinded by money, greed, fame, fortune, call it what you will. I had a bit of an epiphany. Kinda stupid really, should have understood this a long time ago, but just wasn't thinking in these terms.

I look at TK's or SR's devices, and I see them started with a 9 volt battery or a low DC voltage from a power supply, and I always thought in terms of small inputs producing big outputs, and that the large output was due to finding a way to circumvent Lenz or some such thing. The result being a very large OU ratio.

If that is the case, then why do they all have fans and heat sinks on their transistors?

They have fans and heat sinks because they are running very large amounts of current to keep the system running at the output levels they need. Where did that current come from? It was accumulated from small amounts of current initiated by the battery.

Which means: These devices run very low levels of OU...probably less than 200%...and they simply accumulate the extra to raise the operating point to a current level that will produce meaningful amounts of power.

Which also means: Until you build the system to be self-powering, you might miss the 5% or 10% extra that it is likely producing at startup...which likely grows to something more meaningful as the power levels increase.

My gut tells me that relative harmonic motion is where the OU comes from...two stage oscillator type devices...electrical or mechanical...that due to the varying phase of the two stages fools Newton a bit and produces small amounts of extra power. Since an electrical system doesn't really become kinetic, per se, until the voltages get pretty high, the amounts of energy being produced at low voltages may only be a few percent. If a 95% efficient system produces 106% out, and then allows the extra to raise the operating point (charging a source cap above the supply voltage, for instance) as the source voltage rises from 9v to 100v or 200v, or even 500v, the amount of energy circulating in the system jumps way up, and that energy becomes substantially kinetic at the resulting high voltages...possibly raising the extra energy from a few percent to something approaching 100% extra. Or some such thing.
