"Centrifugal force" is a fictive force felt by a body in circular motion. From an inertial referential, it is viewed only as an acceleration field. A centrifugal force does no work because the speed is perpendicular to this pseudo-force (speed is tangential, force is radial).
The mass of electrons is extremely weak so that a significant energy able to extract them, would require they fly at relativistic speeds.
But their speed is also extremely low (mm/s for currents on the order of some amperes) because they are not in ballistic motion due to collisions with the air molecules (in the spark gap) and with the atoms in the conductor lattice, with a mean (scattering) time between collisions around 10^-14 s!
"Electrons extracted through centrifugal force" are here just words without meaning, supported by none fact.

Naturally you ignored the salient points like silver wire, high voltage and a bifilar coil on top "plucking those electrons off the coil" like Stan the man did.

That would just be my guess anyway and as far as the math goes, I'm not an accountant. More of a tinkerer and fabricator of nicely wound multicolored coils.

I don’t feel like going through all my mail to find the exact message but it was when he admitted to being a spook and Hartman split the thread, deleted his post and banned him.

Next we look at the back dated photo and schematic he posted just a few days ago on Feb 19 2011. Notice how the schematic is labelled “HERGER 10-20-10” yet Herger r did not exist until Jan 20 2011 EXACTLY 3 MONTHS LATER. Then he was too stupid to set his time offset in his settings back to the correct date when he was done. More sloppy trade craft?


Next he has a photo of a coil labelled 11-06-2010. Still Herger did not exist and he claims nobody bit on his fly trap. Maybe it is because as a spy, he sucks even though he claims he “is quite good at it”.
