Very good indeed!   ;)  I follow you.... Ozone is O3, an allitrope of oxygen, so we are back to atomic number 8.  Electricity (HV) produces the ozone within the ozone generator, which produces the ozone, which is fed into a tube (dissapates to rapidly just to be in air).  This then, would ALSO give an endless supply of negative electrons, flowing to the positive plate, as long as the ozone kept coming into the reactor chamber, and then use the power off of the positive plate straight to output, and it would be rectified like a triode rectifier, producing DC.  VERY similar to the other reactor with the transformer.

What I like about this, is you take your gas producer (ozone generator) with you, so you never have to worry about running out of negative electrons (free electrons).  You then loop back the DC power output, to keep the ozone generator working and your in business!

Find a tube, glass, or aluminum or high quality stainless steel, something that the ozone won't react with, and that is where you have the created ozone enter.  That is where you have your tungstun (or HV arc) and positive plate.  A couple of batteries to keep the plate positive and to get the ozone generator up and kicking and your in business!   8)

Positive plate on the bottom picture could actually be a coil of high potential, say 300 to 400 vdc to "attract" the Negative electrons, then to output.
1.  Lindsay's Stack TPU Posted Picture.  All Wound CCW  Collectors three turns and HORIZONTAL, not vertical.

2.  3 Tube amps, sending three frequency's, each having two signals, one in-phase & one inverted 180 deg, opposing signals in each collector (via control wires). 

3.  Collector is Magnetic Loop Antenna, made of lamp chord wire, wound flat.  Inside loop is antenna, outside loop is for output.  First collector is tuned via tuned tank, to the fundamental.  Second collector is tuned tank to the second harmonic (component).  Third collector is tuned tank to the third harmonic (component)  Frequency is determined by taking the circumference frequency, reducing the size by .88 inches.  Divide this frequency by 1000, and you have your second harmonic.  Divide this by 2 and you have your fundamental.  Multiply that by 3 and you have your third harmonic component.  Tune the collectors to each of these.  Input the fundamental and two modulation frequencies, made to create replicas of the fundamental, second harmonic and the third.

4.  The three frequency's circulating in the collectors, both in phase and inverted, begin to create hundreds of thousands of created frequency's, via intermodulation, that subtract to the fundamental and its harmonics.  This is called "Catalyst".

5.  The three AC PURE sine signals, travel through the amplification stage, Nonlinear, producing the second harmonic and third.  (distortion)

6.  These signals then travel the control coils, are rectified by a full wave bridge, and then sent into the output outer loop as all positive pulsed DC.  This then becomes the output and "collects" the current.

P.S.  The Kicks are harmonic distortion with passive intermodulation.  Can't see it without a spectrum analyzer, normally unless trained to see it on a scope.

Paulo Correa already achieved all this (again) in 1996.  As usual, the technology remains unused.

Here are the patents and schematics.  Plenty of reading.  No need to guess and make wild theoretical speculations which seems to be rampant here.  Next, people will be suggesting that litzing wires is the answer to OU!!!   :D

Plasma can be bent so many ways though.  Correa's method is not the be and end all of it ....however it is a good starting point.  Read first, save yourself some bench time.

his personality,
his look
his level of intelligence
his  knowledge
his trustfulness

And doubts of his technology.
   

I have bases to say that
his technology works!! 100%
his wishes are very positive in nature.
he is not!! heavy drinker, and he has never been one.
He is the person of brilliant memory I would name it photographic memory,but not only.The special ability of immediate connection of facts.
If we take as an example facts in nature, His special ability, will be revealing his absolutely extraordinary and fast processing and connecting facts.
Do not ever judge man  based on his external appearance !!.
