I do not understand what is closed ?

open circuit..= coil U shape by itself.
close circuit=  parallel resonance circuit where variable capacitor is connected to two ends of that U shape coil.
Close means circuit tuned to  frequency of oscillation giving you  the best response  just by being there.
As resonance circuit  it will have EMF induced and circulated  in within the circuit.
Than this circuit EMF will have impact on the magnetic flux in the ferrite and rest of the circuitry.
1.When spark  is introduced than re-tuning will be required .
2.When spark  is not present than tuning will be the same as previously established.

When you deal with two coils of 90 degrees MF than you causing similar field that NMR is utilizing causing precession. Whenever you are able to move protons you are moving mass .
that might be  the secret of FE.

The current-induced motion of magnetic domain walls confined to nanostructures is of interest for applications in magnetoelectronic devices in which the domain wall serves as the logic gate or memory element. The injection of spin-polarized current below a threshold value through a domain wall confined to a pinning potential results in its precessional motion within the potential well. We show that by using a short train of current pulses, whose length and spacing are tuned to this precession frequency, the domain wall's oscillations can be resonantly amplified. This makes possible the motion of domain walls with much reduced currents, more than five times smaller than in the absence of resonant amplification.



The only difference between me and Arunas is  whether the phenomenon of OU is of scalar or NMR  nature.

At the end it is important that it works.. not how it  works to many of you.
But approach is different when  NMR is investigated as responsible one for  the effect of OU.
Everything takes time.
