What are these components in this power Supply?
Items 1 and 2 look like high power transformers (maybe 70 Watts judging by eye).

The small green transformer (4) might max out at less than 10 Watts at 50Hz but at 16kHz it could do 50 Watts.  That's because maximum power ratings of transformers are dependent on their operating frequency.

Measuring the average input current and average input voltage with an ammeter and voltmeter is not meaningful way of measuring power for non-DC waveforms. 1A * 1V = 1W is true only for non-pulsating DC current.
This is even more true when the ammeter maxes out at 1.5kHZ and higher frequency current is measured.

All in all, the maximum power ratings of transformers are not scientifically meaningful methods of measuring the input power (especially at different frequencies). A scopeshot of two cycles of the input voltage and current would be much more revealing (and with numerical form of the waveforms we could multiply the V and I and integrate the result).

Also 100W light bulb that is dimly lit is not an indication of 100W of output power dissipation.
A video camera with automatic aperture is not a good indicator of the bulb's radiant flux, at all. 

A better indicator of dissipated power would be a straight filament light bulb with a phototransistor enclosed in a big dark empty paint can, hooked up to a multimeter (bulb calibrated with DC current, of course...). You can get sub-Watt accuracy from DC to GHz with such setup.

Aidas must make new power supply as one he used is no longer in  his house.
Arunas with his friend from England  is making experiments with yoke. He can not be on forum all the time.

We have got to another  effect of ferrite yoke that is as fascinating as is unbelievable.I'm afraid even to mention it on the forum to do not create total chaos.
That is worth our  time and money spend.

As far as power consumption, take values  measured on the  power cord of the  power supply -generator.
You do not care any longer what is the frequency of output .
Even if it is 16.8KHz the importance is how much is drown from  the grid.
Than you calculate all of the variables and power supply internal elements factors causing power  dissipation . And please read my post from above again.





What difference does it make if 100W light bulb is 100%  of light strength of 50%

What does the other end of the 1st coil connect to?.

That's making a bit of chaos (again..) when taken ouit of context.
The picture shows generic principle of using coils instead of capacitor plates.
Due oscillations we have induction in those coils for energy what does not directly affect source.
