Probably the "P=U*I" trap again, basing the power calculation on a faulty current measurement.The guy has not stated "how" he made the current measurement. They mostly use clamp meters which are not designed for high frequencies. Correct power measurements would include thermal measurements on the load to avoid HF interference on the measuring devices just measuring the current.
Unless the experimenter can provide such measurements, 30kW of power are unlikely because such wrong
power statements have happened dozens of times in the past...
