OK - If I understand cosmoLV correctly - he doesn't want us to develop this device.  So how can we believe anything he tells us as to how it operates?  how Tariel's works? or anything for that matter?

Cosmo is going to direct us in the wrong direction so we won't succeed in making this device.

What other reason would cosmo be here for?

Cosmos was right about one thing. People in Russia and the former Soviet Block seem to have progressed further ahead in this then the rest of the world. You can tell that Wesley is sincere in his help simply by watching his videos and the excitement he shows.
Cosmos, you must understand why people are questionable on your intentions with the statements you gave.

I'm kicked only from two forums in Russia - totally I'm in more than 20 forums (hmmm..)
Ask yourself, why the resonance about me make so big pain in ass to some individuals who are stuck in progress around for 3, 4 years.

i have Tesla notes and patents directly from FIB â€" there are no secrets. Only secret is that these files are hidden from public long time, but now these files are everywhere!
