It is so strange that people can discuss 700 pages an obvious and very common cheating scheme:
Make people believe in some miracle with low quality, unclear videos and some super-advanced TESLA coil circuits (it is very important to mention Tesla hundreds of times, it's like a spell) and then using those people who believe you to trick more people who own some companies or want to fund some mystical projects. Big part of the money goes to the pocket of course and the other part goes in search of some mysterious chips!

Stop blowing things out of proportion.
You didn't see my power in measurement so you have no right knocking what I wrote.
Besides, my point was only that HV & HF can power the same lights with less power then 60Hz 120V.

Sure he didn't see your set-up, he was only referring to Naudin and what Naudin obviously did wrong in the beginning until he came up with a better
measurement methodology. Not to let Naudin look bad, he proved to be a real scientist by finally openly revealing the true power measurements.
Would you describe how exactly your power measurements looked like?
If it is a viable simple method you might inspire the folks that "measure" lamp brightnesses and conclude power data with their eyes maybe.
