You could think of the coils as resonant wheels that self oscillate. This adds aditional spin to the center emitter on the reverse flow. This allows for a conversion of very high initiating pulses. The response is multiplied with that version. The moer fields around the center inducer the more amplification of the current it controls on the downswing of the field. It will fall no matter what you do. Converting the downfall of the field with additional static fields only increases the inertia of the center coil while receiving energy from the surrounding fields. There is nothing magical going here, even though someone wants you to think it is that hard. The fields are very strong with the electrical side because of the higher voltages which has less resistances. Even with regular resistors. Less current = less losses. Remember oscillating this field works like watching a fan with a tv on the other side. The direction is an effect of the supplied 60hz of the tv but the speed of the blade might be thousands of rpm's. This changes the direction of the apparent blades. Even though this effect is visual it is still apparent and viable, for another field to act the same way is not a huge leap. The only thing is electric fields are much different and this allows a back feed or forward feed of the surrounding fields.

 It seems we could use this as a great capacitor. Capable of harnessing vast amounts of potential. That potential will be magnified in it;s burst capability. We know we coul reflect perfectly it's potential. In effect perfectly mirroring the blast bac in twords the initial blast electrode. We will need to build hexagon coils and build inductive shields to focus the blast back twords the electrode. The distance of the reflectors is or should be 1/4 wave based and the coils must be regular solenoid in design. The receiving coils should be of bifilar design to take advantage of the ionizing ability of this oscillating field for the bifilar coil design. It would allow for an extraction of each pass of the fields potential. The arrangement of the filed coils should be in the bucky ball form since our own planets field is like that. The converter bifilar coils should be maintained in the floors all over the ship or generator. It should create a buffer of concentrated bundles of electric field lines of our world. We should mirror this design for interstellar ships. This way the stead flow going to the central core will hold uor matter much like gravity does on our world. The more you energize the field the more gravity like effects will happen on either side of the bifilar coils. In between emitter plate and reciever coil. So reflective shielding must be used in between each flow or the effects will stack and gravity will be uneven as you got further away from the central core. This builds in effective networking as well because if the network node looses power the rest of the vehicle will keep generating the power needed to sustain gravity. Breaking up the nodes further will allow for finer control of gravity from one node to the next.


Maintaining ground position will be another thing. This is maybe why the ancients made the pyramid as heavy as could be because this effect changed gravity's effects on the material weight of the device. It could be why they could move incredible weights with impunity as well.

Maybe we could design a hexagonal bifilar reflector panel that can reflect massive amounts of voltage via it's self capacitance! Self terminate then and use multiple stacks of them. This should reduce the resistance and increase the real current they can contain. When you parallel them they act like a fuidic container. They all resists and compensate for each others lack of capacity. Plus the ability to reflect the right spinning orientation and walla. A Natural near perfect reflector. Litz wire should be used but they will need a dielectric separator because of the self termination. The self termination should be 90 degrees out of alignment with the rest of the coil to not have the coil respond to itself while shorting out. They should be of the highest quality copper with gold plating. Gold plating should be relatively cheap. If expense is not a thing for you then getting copper wire plated before the insulation should be realatively inexpensive. Silver being the alternative to gold. Basically anything that is a great conductor of the electrical side could be used. Carbon being the best coating I could think of or maybe graphite. The second method restricts the current but in reflectors I would think you want the current at maximum to maintain the blasts concurrently. Starting this process would be a ramp up and then adjusted to maintain a certain amount of current out the bifilar coils.

The best capacitors are of the non polar type should be used filled with oil and sealed with pressure reliefs in case the oil expands due to heating. Heating should be low since most air will be excluded from the capacitor but for safety sake we should include the extreme cases. We can design cooling fins built into the jar part of the capacitor or condenser. The drive coils which is oppositely wound onthe ends will act like the rebound cushion. We need to make sure that the coil is encased in oil to handle the great stresses we will be putting on that action. We can induce vial bifilar coils around the collision coil. This should allow us to suck off the changes of each end of the collision coil in a one way fashion. we must design a very high strength collision coil form to hold the coils in position. The forces will be humongous in between the collision area. Any give and we will loose power in the form of heat.

once we have the perfect pulses we will need to contain them in the reflector chamber. We also have to remember we need to statically shield the wires after induction happens. We should be able to contain the field statically in a pressurized version. This even has to happen on the singular wire version. Unless it is reconverted through induction to counter balance the negativity of the field (background level) it doesn't have much effect on matter. Especially if it is reflected. Think about the difference of the blast in time. Radially it would be massive force but the side to side could move way more freely. This creates an oscillation in a vast area. You cycle the massive electric field which has a very high fidelity through space. In between that flow you tap the oscillation via the bifilar coil. You can even focus the stream via a solenoid coil tailored to optical methods.

another question about 200W device.... what is the output frequency of HV device in this setup assuming it is continuously triggered into HV mode, what max speed it can discharge HV spark. That would help  ;)

Thats an interesting question. With the magnetic quenched gap it could be very close to infinite. Depending on the strength of the cross magnetic field. I don't think anyone could tell really. Probable as fast as we can currently manage to measure. What if the gap was filled with more magnets. What kind of density of the discharge would have then? we also have to understand there is a reverse flow through this gap. The gap should be vented to allow for a muffler effect. This gives the blast region a pressurization and depressurization zone so the blast doesn't effect mater in a harsh way. This is what Gray did. It wasn't grounded it was a static shielding.

This means the magnetic will always have a loss. Because there is high current moving. The rate of dissipation is larger on the heavy current side. But this also means going up will have the best chance of accumulating energy or attracting it to itself.   This is self evident from this statement " Whenever I wanted to obtain a high potential, I had to observe these rules in order to force the potential up to that value."
