many dont understand the reason why i said "im a government agent dont believe me"   many may think im trying to get this forum in some other direction when im just trying to help really.


you have two thick coils there.
both of them are primaries and located on a third coil


both primaries fire at the same time and are in phase,
both primaries operate on the same frequency


third coil is a carrier of high frequency and high voltage resulted from 2 primaries.
first primary s power draw is from initial power supply,
while coil primary two's energy supply come from an output coil located underneath (middle) the third coil.


you need to see wheter primary coil 1 and 2 are in right place..
if any is on the bad location,  one of the primary coils will cancel the other 1 and also "suck" the energy away from the third coil
one of the primary coil must be further away from the third coil because of this. (outwards)




you need to correct the time differences between firing of two primary,
you need a proper circuit for stabilizing voltages and time control  of second primary coil which is responsible for creating a higher magnetic field on the third coil.


there are no frequency mixing involved,  resonance frequency has to be obtained ,  but has to be kept on with other coils too.


! Static Energy dont get lost,  if not controlled it gets conserved on nearby objects or in earth. !


if controlled it can be used for useful purposes


your most important step is not some frequency find,  but timing of these two primaries ,  tuning them to fire at the exact time without affecting eachother .

from some experience I can tell you are saying truth  if you people would listen to what Tariel said (in Russian language) you would immedately find that he said about electromagnet

am new in this forum but i have been a follower for almost one year now. i have done allot of experiments concerning the kapanadze thing. we need to ask our self a few questions and if we have the answers we already have the device. in the green box video there seems to be some arguments about counter in the 20th min, one of them say the counter will not sustain 5kw so they decide to increase load gradually. they load it with one bulb and the current in the meter 5amps agrees with one 1kw bulb, on adding the second one the meter reads 8 amps less 2 amps. but when they were using the tap it could hold 5kw because of the good grounding. so they decide to add the ground tap to the output of the load and it sustain 5kw again. this device only use one ground not two as many says there was a reason to add the second ground. so the question is what is counter, how do we create this counter, and how do we harvest it. remember one thing when trying to think about this they are measuring this counter from the cable from  ground.
