Based on that TK was granted Schengen visa, Based on his own words he told me.
The other possibility is that he might apply for visa from another country neighboring Georgia..

Many might not find  connection but :
in NMR NYW was playing with gap between two halves of  yoke.
and in Kugushev transformer we are playing with gaps as well plus with  foil that makes  magnet( flat magnet) "nonmagnetic" from one side.

The same is  with two transformers 1:1 connection ... Playing with magnetic flux might be done the way as seen on my video.

few ideas to check :
How capacitor ("winded") made  form that foil will alter magnetic flux when such is inserted into Kugushev transformer.


How about if rod of TK capacitor ( aquarium) is made of magnet and one side of capacitor is copper  and the other is diamagnetic foil?
