I don't know the resons why both of them and their teams were stopped almost in the same time further researching when the results were near the Public Presentations. Only can guess but all of you know very well where come from "Wind Blow". 

The resasons about deathly scalar rays are LIE. Most dangerous are X-rays from nearest Nuke Plants - Millitary depoes or from Mighty Sun Bursts. Not to take in account extremelly high-enrgy COSMIC RAYS which shooting on our planet continuously. I will say you how to sheild Scalar-Torsion Waves. It's very easy and not expensive. I will tell you what i am learned from Akimov A.E. I just need to view your replications. (not full working examples).

But I am pretty sure that this Project will not be re-engineered again. So make own conclusions.

I do not have much knowledge about electronics.
I do not see the point for me to do any experiments, you are professionals and could not replicate his device with all the tools and toys. I guess we are all waiting for the miracle to happen.
I don think miracle is going to happen without someone doing something about it. Until there is a doubt even 1 percent that the device is fake it is hard to be sure.
Now, I can imaging even me looking at the device working for hours still would have some doubts until I dismantle it and reassemble it. Am I the only one thinking like this?
