I have also been trawling the web with regard to the similarities between this device and the Hendershot generator and it would appear that L4 should have "exactly" 1/4 the length of wire that L3 was wound with.

If »1/4 the length« means a 1/4 wavelength then we are back to parametric oscillation and patent RU-2386207. According to the description L1 is 1L and L2 is 3L so L1 and L2 in parallel is quarter wave (higher frequency) and L1 without L2 is full wave (lower frequency) - if I'm correct.

Hence the solution to the electric free energy riddle must be somewhere hidden in this quarter wave design. The problem is how to make a parametric oscillator self-resonant.

I think the animated image that shows »standing waves on a transmission line« is exactly what's going on in TK's (or Stepanov's) ground connection, bouncing electrons namely.

Some soldering irons have their metal work earthed, so it sounds like this is the cause of the problem. I always use a battery for FE experiments. I've got excited a few times when using a bench PSU!

Just come back from more "mind buggering". Changed L4 for 250 turns on 1.5" former which is tuneable. Now no gain when touching cap cases? Ground 1 @ L3/T2. Ground 2 @ L2 ie where it should be, pulling 5A with brilliant lit bulb.

I still don't get it???

What was the inductance of your T2 ? I get no output on secondary at all. I am using a 240/24 control panel PS transformer.

Addendum.  With scope on input to T2 using X10 probe. Shows 400 V p/p. Disconnect T2, NO light is seen.

Grum interesting results keep going. Try to move L4 and see if you can hit resonance.
On my setup I made L1 more tight to coils. Atleast neon screwdriver is lighting on L2L3
