Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

so say our interest will be at the moment of time cooper isotopes.
is that you meant  when commenting on cooper as possible to utilize?
I understand that only if we are able to produce them on the spot as half life  is  hours at most.
Copper is a good candidate because it has 2 stable isotopes centered around the beta decay into Nickel and Zinc, which are long lived.

Most importantly copper has non-zero nuclear spins which allows us to influence its nucleus with RF and NMR, and when we apply a 90ยบ pulse to reorient the nuclear spin axis, then one of the copper neutrons "gets laid on its side" and stops being shielded from the environment by the remaining nucleons.  When this happens, the neutron becomes exposed to the environment and decays into a proton (which stays in the nucleus) and a fast electron. This is similar to the decay of free neutrons (exposed free neutrons don't survive too long outside the nucleus - they beta decay in 15min).

This can happen accidentally in solid-state cyclotronic confinement .

Yes, I replicated and it worked but was not a self-runner.

I remember that when the first cyclotron was invented pre ww2 that the inventor declared that  " it can make copper radioactive."

In this alien interview the alien also talks about the unique properties of copper for energy production and other purposes:

Anyone ever try this simple setup.  It uses a tesl coil type setup??
