It's very important to read the first several chapters from this book of Joseph Newman coz this man has told some very important facts and Truth about Magnetic and Electric Fields and structure of Matter. Very important were his experiments from early 70th. Try to repeat all his experiments especially with magnet and cooper wire to be sure 100%.

In my oppinion don't try to understand a real Structure of Space and Matter because it is very very very very complex looking from our perspective coz we haven't basic knowleadges of primary matters and dimensionallity of space. Getting understanding of tyny physical processes on very fine levels of natural organisation of matter and space without explicit basic knowleadges is ABSURD..like for example search for particular molecul of water in Pacific ocean.    Wesley thanks for all the links above !!! So it looks like it's a low level (nuclear ?) process that is involved in the the Kapanadze device as well as the obvious Colman patent.. I am very surprised that it has taken such a long time to discover the low energy nuclear process,  books by Gustave le Bonn have been removed the FBI from libraries in the 1950's, so it looks like it's been known that light metal elements can be made to destabilize and blow apart in a neutron flash (David Hudson patent). RF  may be the way to control the slowly release that atomic energy in the form of electricity.. Now the iron ferrites and their impure(unknown) components are in the Russian TV yokes.  I would suggest that a Russian TV (working type) yoke be analyzed through ICP-MS and determine the contaminants that make the thing work. Japanese yokes must had a very pure materials and very good quality control, as they don't work in the yoke applications.. 
The Colman patent validation is just an absolute shock !!
