There is nothing new under the sun!! They were using the same principle for Aircraft Magnetos way back in the thirties!! They were called Polar Inductor magnetos. I had the privelidge of working with one, and what a beautifull piece of engineering it was!

The idea was that only the slotted iron rotor moved, so hopefully nothing "flew apart" at 20000 feet!! But now there may be a different use for the device that was never looked at before!!

Yoou can even be looking on the overunity device, but mostly there is no difference between it and  current ones    Newton III law forces all devices to be COP 1 max. Sure ,there is possibility to go further but only using resonance with a overunity device....
Well...I'm starting to believe for example that every CLF bulb is overunity and the amount of power you put into is just radiated as heat on electronics while light is completely free....

The idea is quite old. Well, not exactly as drawn. It has been investigated in 1935 by Mandelstam and Papalexi.

This device actually works. It truly works. Kapanadze devices work on exactly the same principle.
Parametric excitation is involved there, but it is not the main principle of operation.
