1. ТДКС по Русски это трансформатор диодно-каскадный строчный {on Russian TDKS is horizontal  transformer with HV diode cascade or Fly-back on English}.
2. ТВС - трансформатор выходной строчный {on Russian TVS is horizontal HV output transformer also Fly-back on English but without HV diode cascade}.

For HV power supply from 1st. transformer you have all in one and need to join more elements like primary coil {several windings of thick insulated wire over ferrite ring}, spark-gap with regulated distance and HV impulse capacitor in parallel to TDKS HV output. Always use double voltage rating for capacitor and with minimal ESR. So if output is 2KV use 4KV capacitor etc.

For HV power supply from 2nd. transformer you need HV diode cascade in parallel to transformer output or HV bridge to get HV DC voltage on output and other elements like for TDKS . Without diodes it's useless. Tesla had worked with HV DC impulses not HV AC sinus in his impulse circuits.

I have drawn a schematic from it. Even if it's pretty simple; I did not get the effect.
I used a lawton pulser, with lowest frequency and a diode in series, to get an
open circuit, when the internal mosfet shuts off.
I chose a On/Off ratio, at which the lamp is barely lit and apply the HV, with no effect.
You cannot see any diodes in the HV circuit in the vid.
The spark gap is not in action, also not in his videos.
If we cannot get to the point with the simples setup's forget about replicating akulas device. Chance to get it equals 0.

Input 12v 1.5A. On the output you can see how voltage rise from 100 v to 220-240v. Now connect good Earth Grounding in your experiment and you will get the result.
To boost "Electrostatic Force Field"- like Tesla named it use Aluminium or Copper tube (or any other massive metal tube) and use good Earth Grounding !!
