hoppy the reptiles use the ego manipulation of scientists who actually believe the lies the reptiles feed them.  The reptiles lack any empathy so as long as their primitive needs are satiated they have no problem killing enslaving raping whatever their primitive needs may be.  They have a problem though in that society now recognises them as physcopaths.   You hear about Jeffrey Dommer killing 20 people and they study him closely to see what is different about his brain.  How about studying guys brains that order thousands or millions to their death.  Like I believe all elected officials instead of standing around lieing about what they are going to do in staged events should have to at least draw a picture for us.   If it's all in black crayon and stickfigured betya we're dealing with a predatory reptilian mammal mess.

Could a appropriate magnet (or electric field) deflect the electrons in such a way that they are forced to move around in a closed loop forever (instead of striking the screen)?

A CRT works with high voltage and screen/grids to attract the electron from the cathode through moderate high voltage screens for acceleration and finally to it's final destination, the face of the CRT to strike the color phosphorus dots on the front of the screen in order to display the picture on an electron sweep pattern.  So unless the electron has a high voltage source to chase in a closed loop, it would not be possible.  Good out of the box thinking though.
