That video is fake.I have posted the reply in this topic few days ago.Where i mentioned this tinned(silvery color) wire and copper wire pair is sold in the "audio shop" .I have seen it before.

The part which he used magnet on wire

I don't understand why some people go through this extend to produce a fake video to confuse people more.What do they get in return?

Hi Wesley,

The reason being "transmutation" was used wrongly for that video.There is nothing fake about the innocent video.Unless he was trying to say there is "transmutation" occurring playing with Kapanadze like device.
Maybe the confusion came from my end because of the recent posting before your posting related to exact same video where the word  "transmutation"  was used to describe that video.
People then started wasting their time or coming up with funny theory over it.

Regarding the Lithuania device-I think have reached a verdict on what is right and why it was not functioning.(This is just my theory why there was no ou in layman terms in few lines)

The "resonance amplification" did happen only in the MHZ range but upon getting  pulses from HV transformer which only works on more down to earth frequency in KHZ range <25KHZ".
Hence the device failed to produce ou.I will not pursue further on this device maybe there is way i don't really know or not proven.
What if the caduceus coil winding is increased 10 fold or 10x more winding along  the secondary winding.Just maybe the resonance amplification could be achieved in khz range.

But i can be wrong as well.
