  I don't know what the duty cycle is, but thats the only way he could sell it on the open market.  What he is doing is the same basic concept of Tesla/Kapanadze.  He is using very strong magnets, over a coil.  Tesla used strong magnets over a spark gap which made the Impulse waves a lot stronger.  I also used magnets in my setup.  I noticed that when you use the north and south poles facing the spark gap that the output of the disruptor coil was drastically increased.  He is using make and breaks thru a coil with very strong magnets, north and south facing a copper coil.   Same thing.  You have to use DC for it to work at it best.  When using AC the make and breaks have to be faster then the cycles per second.  Its the Unidirectional property again.

The Turks tried to rip Tariel off. He sussed them out and refused to tell them the secret. They did not pay him millions.
He was actually only on a holiday visa in Turkey and they could have kicked him out anytime.
He is totally paranoid about his secret. I'm pretty convinced it's a meg based on solenoids.
Tariel destroys his device after each demo. All Tariel gave the Turks was a demo. His team is constantly present at each demo.
If you want his secret you are going to have to pay for a demo and then steal the device!!
So no-one will ever know the secret if Tariel has his way.
During the island demo the Turks were going to take him to a private island. He smelled a rat and at the last minute he changed the venue to a public island. He was probably right of course.
Because every one has sussed him out he is finding it impossible to get takers. Everyone knows now he is going to rip them off.

I had figured it was like you said,no free energy devices coming out of Turkey,Tariel
out foxed the Turks and the Turks have shit.
Your details tell me theres no device coming in the immediate future from Turkey.
Tariel mostlikely will take the secret to hes grave,however Tariel made one fatal mistake
that was to use a commercial part in the device you and company had made instead of making the part
and hiding it,because he was very sick,however that information will do no good because it requires
a conceptual operating theory.In a simple way Tariel's device amplifies current not voltage,what ever voltage
is used is what you get out,only current is amplified.I find that when the Turkey video is mentioned
the skeptics go stage left or get quiet  or ignore me,I wonder why that is,lol.The device is real,its Tariel that isn't
real.Because this is a very hard problem , it is going to take time to figure out just how it works and to build it.
Is it simple yes,that transformer in the aquarium 2 video is the active device,can you patent a
simple transformer with a few extra parts and keep other people from stealing it,no not possible.
A real free energy device would cause massive chaos,cause industries to go out of business over
night,there would not be dancing in the streets,but a lot of very mad people wanting to kill you.
